Osprey Exos 38 Superlight Hiking Rucksack [Harness Size:Medium]

Superlight Backpacking / Thru-hiking The Exos 38 is a top loading technical backpack designed specifically for superlight backpacking and thru hiking endeavors Since its introduction in 2008; the Exos Series has become a standard on the Appalachian Trail and with ultralight enthusiasts not willing to sacrifice comfort. Our AirSpeed suspension; torso-specific sizing and ergonomic design all contribute to bridge the gap between comfort; fit and light weight. The Spring 2014 redesign benefits from Osprey s never-ending search for the latest technology in materials and hardware as well as innovative design. The comfort and support of the harness and hipbelt are drastically improved. Updated materials and hardware provide a lighter weight pack; and the lid; key straps and attachment points are all removable. Sizing and Fitting of your OSPREY pack Getting the pack that's right for you! Fit is the key to pack performance. Take the time to get it right. If you're buying from our online store measure yourself carefully and don't hesitate to email or call customer service if you have questions. Once you have selected the pack model that meets your needs; you will need to choose the right size. Step 1 - Pack Sizing Most of our Osprey packs available in multiple sizes to fit a range of torso lengths. To find your torso length; have a friend measure your back along the spine (as shown in the illustration) from the level of your iliac crest (the top of your hipbones) to your C7 (the knobby bone at the base of your neck). Use the charts below for different osprey models to determine your pack and sizes.
