Requests for refunds can be sent to Customer Service Team via our online Contact Us form. All refund requests are reviewed for approval and are generally processed within 3-5 business days.
Refunds will only be reimbursed to the original credit card or payment method used for purchase. Where expedited or express post shipping has been paid, the shipping is strictly non-refundable.
Please note that your financial institution may hold your refund while it is being processed. Your refund should be reflected on your credit card's statement within 5-15 business days of being released from your financial institution.
A restocking fee of $5.00 per item is applied for all returned items, except where a return is due to manufacturing fault or by an incorrect item being supplied.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and it is advisable to return the item(s) by a trackable shipping method.
It is also the responsibility of the customer to provide a tracking number to our Customer Service Team at the time of shipping the item.
Item returns are generally processed the same day they are received in our warehouse. Items will be inspected and processed via our warehouse service team. Refunds will not be issued and returns not accepted for worn, washed, soiled, altered or mistreated items, or for Clearance Sale items.
Your package must be post marked no later than 7 days from the delivery confirmation from your preferred shipping method.
It is your responsibility to return the item(s) with tracking as confirmation for your return postage.
We will not be held responsible for any or all items returned via non-trackable shipping methods.
You have 7 days from the day you received your items to review, and if necessary, return or exchange your item(s).
All items can be exchanged for one of equal or lesser value for free.
We do not accept returns or exchanges if:
- An item has been worn or washed.
- An item has been altered in any way.
- An item is not in its original and salable condition.
- An item is missing the original tags.
- An item was a Clearance Sale item.
Instructions when returning an item:
Pack the unworn and unwashed items with email confirmation or original receipt.
We cannot exchange or refund your item without your original receipt.
Please include in detail which items you want exchanged, if applicable.
