When experiencing Colon Hydrotherapy, you will be assisted through each and every session by a fully trained female colon hydrotherapist, who has been trained and certified by the International Association of Colon Hydrotherapy.

Closed Colon Hydrotherapy

The colon, or large intestine, is an important part of the digestive system. It has been referred to as the sewer system of the body. Some 1.5m in length and 6.35cm in diameter, situated at the end of the alimentary canal.

It is the place where we store the waste material that most of us would rather not think about and most of us don't, until our health becomes poor or we feel bloated, constipated, or have diarrhea.

80% of all disease and discomfort is related to an unclean colon - due to impacted faecal matter. It may be said that almost every chronic disease known, is directly or indirectly due to the influence of bacterial poisons absorbed from the intestine.

If we neglect and abuse our colon, it becomes a cesspool, and if we don't get rid of the toxins, they just keep building up and are reabsorbed into the blood creating auto-intoxication or self-poisoning. This results in a dramatically weakened immune system, poisons the digestive organs and the blood.

In short, every organ of the body is poisoned and we age prematurely, the joints become stiff and painful, the eyes become dull, our brain is sluggish, and this leads to debilitating health problems, including chronic dis-ease.

Organic Coffee Infusion:

A coffee infusion is special because it does not just detox the colon, but the liver too! It has been used for many years and has been proven to be one of the most therapeutic liver detoxifiers.

When a coffee infusion is used, the caffeine from the coffee goes directly to the liver where it becomes a very strong detoxicant. It causes the liver to produce more bile and moves bile out toward the small intestine for elimination. This frees up the liver to process more incoming toxic materials that have accumulated in the organs, tissues and bloodstream. The coffee implant speeds up the detoxification process and minimises the backlog of yet to be detoxified substances.

Technically, the coffee enema is a coffee infusion and a retention enema. This means that one implants or applies the coffee herb into the colon, and the procedure is to retain the coffee mixture for 10-12 minutes.

Infrared Sauna

A Far-Infrared (FIR) sauna warms the body in the same manner as natural sunlight. FIR heat therapy uses the wavelength of the visible and non-visible light spectrum of sunlight that heats the body normally. Traditional saunas raise the temperature of the air to a very high level within the chamber to warm the body. Some people have difficulty breathing in this extremely warm air.

FIR saunas work differently. Instead of heating the air within the enclosure, FIR Sauna’s heat the body directly. The result is deeper tissue penetration. In the FIR sauna, the body perspires and receives all of the healthy benefits but avoids the harmful and extreme hot air of a traditional steam sauna, the infrared heater produces radiant energy, which is the same as the heat from the sun, only without the harmful ultraviolet rays.

Traditional saunas are more likely to spread and cultivate bacteria in the humid air, therefore an infrared sauna creates a more sanitary environment.

Our sauna is made of natural wood (solid Hemlock). It has a thick glass door and offers low EMF far infrared. It also includes Chromotherapy/Colour Therapy if desired.
